• Rates are charged per room per night and include breakfast.

• We accept cash or most credit/debit cards

• Our hours of business are 4pm – 10.30pm

• Cot and highchair available on request

• Breakfast service: 7.30am-9am Monday – Friday and 8am – 9.30am Saturday and Sunday

• Please note we are unable to accept pets in the B&B residence

• There are a selection of good pubs and restaurants in the area (please refer to “about us” places to eat and drink)

• Provision of free tea and coffee throughout the day

• Use of lounge and garden room for relaxation, TV, reading and socialising.

• Lounge and Garden Room close at 10.30pm.

• We are a “No Smoking” house

Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be cancelled or amended without fee provided 5 days’ notice is given prior to arrival, late cancellations will incur a 50% charge of the total booking.
